Subject How can I incorporate a specially modified monomer into PNA sequence?
Content

Our oligomerization chemistry using Bts monomers is compatible with Fmoc chemistry. After deprotection of Bts during PNA synthesis, a specially modified monomer protected with Fmoc can be coupled by conventional method. Otherwise, Bts monomer can be coupled after Fmoc deprotecion of PNA or peptide. You can freely incoporate a modified monomer into PNA where you want.
