Panagne Inc. moved its headquarter to its own brand building and had an opening ceremony on April 16, 2008. The new building consists of two stories; the first floor for research of bioscience and the second for chemistry.

Panagene has made a breakthrough for large scale synthesis of PNA oligomers with its own platform technology in 2005 and acquired the worldwide exclusive right for supply of custom PNA oligomers in 2006.
Panagene is currently expanding applications of PNA-based microarrays (PANArray^TM) after completing development of PANArray^TM for HPV and CYP450, and SNP detection of lamivudine-resistant hepatitis B virus. PANArray^TM can be applied for detection of pathogenic microorganisms from foods and environments and differences at the genetic level of animal, plant and fishery foodstuffs.
