• PNAs¢ā miRNA inhibitors are highly sequence-specific

  HeLa cells are co-transfected with pMir plasmid (miRNA targeting plasmid), pRL-TK plasmid (Renilla luciferase coding plasmid for normalization) and PNAs¢ā miRNA inhibitor (200 nM) for miRNA. After 48 hours, luciferase activity is assayed. The firefly luciferase activity is normalized to the Renilla luciferase activity.		HeLa cells are co-transfected with different concentrations (100 & 200 nM) of PNAs¢ā miRNA inhibitor and pMir plasmid. After 48 hours, real-time PCR is performed to confirm miRNA inhibition effect. PNAs¢ā miRNA inhibitor was confirmed for its anti-miRNA activity.
